Third Annual · USAP Sanctioned Rules
The Flying Pickle Open pays out $39,400 — and more than half of it goes to amateur divisions. Not the pros. You.
Where the money goes
Assumes full divisions. Actual amateur payouts are based on sign-ups in each event.
Paid to the top three in men's, women's, and mixed doubles, plus men's and women's singles.
What $65 gets you
Every bracket is pool play into a playoff. Nobody drives home after two quick losses.
Late October in Idaho is a coin flip. Here it doesn't matter — permanent cushion courts, climate controlled.
Every registrant gets a TFP Open sweatshirt and a sticker. Not just the podium.
Full refund minus a $15 admin fee through September 15. Lock the $65 rate now, decide later.
The venue
Eighteen indoor courts, permanent cushion surfaces, real spectator seating, The Kitchen restaurant, and a pro shop on site. Free parking all weekend. USAP rules and approved paddles, played on the Selkirk Pro S1.
It's free and takes about two minutes — it's how brackets get seeded fairly. Set it up at mydupr.com before you start registration and the rest goes quickly. Event registrations may be audited two weeks before play, and adjustments are only ever used to move a team up in skill.
Not ready yet?
Bracket announcements, hotel block discounts when they're confirmed, and one reminder before the entry fee increases on September 10.
Coming from out of town
Boise Airport to the front door. No connections through a bigger hub, no long drive after you land.
Several options within a short drive. Block discounts are being finalized — join the updates list and we'll send them out.
Late October is the good season here. Foothills trails, downtown, and the Greenbelt are all worth the extra day.
